SHIPPING OPTIONS
Crafty Apparels shipping options range from Domestic, Overnight, Standard, Airmail, International and Express.

Our Overnight Shipping are available only for Domestic Order and most of our International Orders are Airmailed.

STANDARD SHIPPING (Domestic and International )
We offer our customers, both new and existing, a Free Standard Shipping on all Bulk Orders of a Dozen Minimum Order of our Crafty Apparels to any locations without restrictions.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (Domestic and International)
Depending on the value and quantity of the Bulk Order, our customers are required to pay a subsidized Express Shipping cost of between Fifty percent (50&) to Eighty percent (80&)

RETAIL SHIPPING (Domestic and International)
A customer is required to pay between Eighty percent(80&) to the total cost of Shipping on Retail Order.

DURATION
Shipping and delivery duration for both domestic and international Order may vary depending on the location of the customer, the quantity of the order, production and handling time which is directly influenced by the order being in stock or to be custom made but this will be communicated to the customer involved.

CANCELATION.

Crafty Apparels Customers haveto cancel your contract with us within five days of your Order and receive full refund of your payment within the next five working days. You must request the cancellation of your contract with us in writing and within the specified time.

RETURN.
We offer product replacement guarantee on all defective product purchased from Crafty Apparels but under certain conditions.
If you are not happy with the product purchased from us online for defective or damage reasons, please let us know. Our return policy gives you five days to return an article/ articles bought from us online with a valid receipt. We encourage our customers to verify that the purchase meets their demand and if not, return within five days of receipt to be eligible for a replacement. The time for the replacement to reach you may vary depending on your location and the nature and quantity of the returned purchase.
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
The article/ articles for replacement must be returned in it’s original packing. Pack must be unmarked and undamaged. Any bonus items or free gifts, as well as labels or documents shipped with the article must be unmarked, undamaged and included with the returned article.

DAMAGE
Claims for product damaged during shipping should be filled to the shipping company. Please, save all packaging materials and the damaged goods before filling in your claim.

TAXES
Crafty Apparels is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees or tariff imposed during or after Shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
